Jose Netto is currently a Senior Art Director at R/GA. Previously, he was part of the lead creative team on the iconic “got milk?” account at Grupo Gallegos. During that time Jose and his partner created an irreverent sub-brand for “got milk?” called #boneslovemilk, which was anchored in California’s skate and action sports culture. He also produced the first-ever total market campaign for the client. His work has been recognized by the Clio awards, New York Festivals, the Art Directors Club, The New York Times, and displayed as part of an exhibition tour in art museums around the world. He was also honored to represent the U.S. at the Cannes Young Lion competition in 2012. Originally from Brazil, Jose moved to the U.S. by way of a college tennis scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Utah State University and a Master of Arts in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, where he also served as a teaching assistant and graduate researcher.
