As the Group Director of Digital Partnerships and Performance at Healix Global/Initiative, Becky leads the digital strategy and activation for the agency’s Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients. Previously, she was SVP, Strategy at Publicis Media stewarding the client relationship with GSK. She brings with her years of experience from her work with brands including Toyota, Lexus, Acura, Unilever, Mars, Bayer, GSK, Universal Music Group, Jim Beam Spirits, Ritz-Carlton, Crystal Cruises and various others. Her passion lies in a consumer-first approach – understanding why and how people no longer see some brands as products or services, but as whole lifestyles and cultural caché. In 2018 she was awarded a Bronze Effie and a Cannes Lion shortlist for leveraging AI and programmatic data for the Theraflu “Creating Media Faster than the Flu” campaign. She has spoken on various panels and lectures including OMMA, AdColor, UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication, the latter of which she is an alum. Outside of her day-job, Becky loves animals and traveling the world. She is also an avid home baker and cook, and amateur photographer. Originally a San Diego native, she was an Angelino for nearly 20 years and still considers Southern California her home. She now resides in the New York area with her husband.
