Tito Melega is a global chief creative officer, art director, and executive producer. His focus is on leading teams to create breakthrough digital, mobile, brand experience, content, and fully integrated creative platforms.

Tito has led the creation and execution of some of the most innovative and awarded advertising and brand experience projects in the last decade while leading and mentoring cross-functional teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. 

His commitment to lead with empathy can be traced to his mother who, through sheer dedication, rose from nurse to head of OB and pediatrics at her city’s hospital—perhaps this is the reason why his personal motto is “Care the Most.”
Tito co-founded wehustl3.com, a global freelance collective dedicated to helping diverse talent find purpose-driven work. 

He founded, curated, and launched the popular TEDxHollywood speaking series, advocates for TACA (The Autism Community in Action), fights for equality in and out of the workplace, and is an animal rescue volunteer.
